Sometimes it’s worth taking a time-out to revel.

To revel in ‘children’ – our children – ranging in ages from 30 to 12 – and the work they do.

A daughter developing a program through her work that will help special needs folks have more options for self care; a son moving up through the marketing ranks in a socially conscious corporation; a daughter graduating from grad school and moving on into a PhD program; a son making his way in Montana and marveling in the glory of eagles; a son surprising himself in his first ever track meet by bettering his mile time trial time by 2 minutes.

The growth of these, our loved personages, in this, my reveling time, feels soul smiling.
